Végétales is a visual journey highlighting the vital role of the feminine in passing down ecological wisdom.
It aims to revive the essence of forgotten plants—often dismissed as "weeds." These plants, like nettle, plantain, clover, tansy, and many others, are the silent guardians of knowledge and legends, where women often play a central role.

Long ago, the nettle was a magnificent flower, coveted by all — humans and animals alike. Weary of such relentless desire, the magnificent flower made a wish to disappear. The spirit of the forest heard its plea and transformed it into the plant you know today, forest-coloured and armed with stinging hairs. Since that day, only those who truly know and respect it are granted the privilege of discovering its medicinal and nutritional virtues.

This is the tale of a princess who met a prince in the forest (how intriguing!). After a night of love, the prince left, promising to return the next day to ask for her hand. But alas... he never came back. The young princess, waiting endlessly, eventually took root in the ground, becoming the plant we know today.
